SpaceMint – Mac Storage Cleaner
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using SpaceMint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. What SpaceMint does
SpaceMint provides storage analysis, duplicate detection, application review, system information, and optional cloud-storage analysis. Results are informational and depend on the files and permissions available to the application.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every selected item before cleanup. SpaceMint moves supported items to the macOS Trash or the connected cloud provider's Trash where available, but recovery is controlled by macOS or the provider and is not guaranteed.
4. Cloud accounts
You may connect supported third-party services such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You authorize SpaceMint to perform only the actions you initiate through the application.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through Apple or an authorized merchant of record. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are also subject to the terms of the applicable storefront or payment provider.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access to another person's files or cloud account, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
7. Availability and updates
Features may change as macOS and third-party APIs evolve. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
8. Disclaimer
SpaceMint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every file will be detected, categorized correctly, or recoverable after a cleanup action.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceMint and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
